Let's consider for a moment how often we express our real feelings and thoughts or how often we experince the freedom to say what we want to say without feeling anxiety, fear or guilt.
We may sometimes feel there is no point in trying because we are misunderstood. Other times, it may be difficult for us to articulate our thoughts or feelings freely. It can be also challenging for us to speak out truth without experiencing some anxiety of fear about hurting those we love. It is when we experince stuckness, confusion, anger, dispair, giref, anxiety or dissapointment that talking to someone becomes vitally important so that we can find ways of expressing our feelings and thoughts more freely and move forward.
DCNZ invites you to reflect on the importance of doing this in a therapeutic and caring environment where you will be held with compassion and empathy whatever your experince might be. A trained counsellor will help you surf over treacherous waves, find alternative solutions and arrive to shore safely and better resourced.
