Goal: this workshop aims to review how youridentity is affirmed or can affirm itself in thecountry where you live, and which is far fromyour roots. At the same time, the workshopoffers an opportunity to explore your self-esteem, your ability to accept yourselfunconditionally for what you are.

In this process of identity and acceptance ofyourself, you will have the opportunity toobserve the things which help you grow orlimit you. As you come to know yourselfbetter, to affirm yourself through your roots,values, aims, and intentions, you will developthis space to connect with yourself, withmother earth, your family, friends, andcommunity. In this workshop we will use artmaterial, stories, poetry and songs and otherstrategies which will contribute to yourpersonal growth and emotional well-being.
