On 1st March, Diversity Counselling New Zealand had a special visitor from Human Rights Commission. She was Dame Susan Devoy, Race Relations Commissioner. She got interested in our project to provide professional counselling services to migrants, refugees, and international students.
We, counsellors and board members, were delighted to have her. We were able to talk about various issues with Susan very frankly due to her openness. We were fascinated by herself.
